WAM NorCal is pleased to announce a special screening of the film Trade — a moving drama about human trafficking — followed by a panel discussion about the potential power of microfinance to help stop this horrific practice.

They will be showing the film at the Museum of the African Diaspora in San Francisco (www.moadsf.org). The museum has agreed to keep their exhibits open for special viewing until 7 pm.

Cost: $20 at the door (cash or check payable to WAM NorCal – sorry, they can’t accept credit or debit cards)
Snacks and refreshments will be provided, and there will be time for mingling before the show from 6:30-7 pm. The movie will run from 7-9 pm; the panel will run until 9:45 pm. The museum has asked them to be wrapped up and out of the building by 10 pm.
